Detailed description:
Dress in beautiful blue brocade with red and gold high lights, twin panels of ties down front of bodice. Very flared skirt with red ruffle hem. Halter neck style with scooped back. Zip at back of dress.
Petticoat: Black net with teardrop lace hem.
Boot Cuffs: Blue brocade with black ribbon ties.
Arm Sleeves: Black mesh with red ribbon ties.
Hat: Matching brocade which is poised on the head, you may want to bobby pin this to your head for a secure fit. Decorated with red lace, and black ribbons
