After you have filled in the form below, we will send you a registration form. After you have faxed or emailed the completed form back to us we will activate your registration and you will have full access to our website.
 
After you've registered, you may simply use our "Quick Login" for your return visits. Enjoy your shopping!
 
If you are not a reseller, please look  at our  'retailers' link to find out where you can purchase our costumes for men and women, wigs, masquerade masks and costume accessories.

Please note that our minimum order is AUD$200.00.

Registrations are usually activated within 1 working day of recieving your completed registration form.
