This website is our online wholesale / distribution point for Elevate Costumes. If you are a reseller and have not already registered with us, we encourage you to do so which will give you access to our prices as well as online ordering.
 
After you have filled in the form below, you will be able to log in to this site using the username and password you have created below.  We also have  a discount structure available with very generous discounts for larger and /or regular purchases.  Click Here to download the application form. You will also need this form if you intend to use our images. After you have faxed or emailed the completed form back to us we will add your discount level information to your account and you will be able to view your new prices next time you log in. Volume discounts are available (and calculated /automatically applied during checkout) in addition to the valued customer discount levels.

  • Though there is no minimum order, there is a $20.00 surcharge on orders under $200.00.
